چکیده
Aim. To assess the diagnostic significance of clinical indicators and left ventricle ejection fraction (LV EF) for predicting probability death from acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) in patients with chronic a reduced LV EF (HFrEF) within one year after implantation cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Methods. The study included 384 NYHA 3-4 functional class ≤ 35%, undergoing ICD purpose primary prevention sudden cardiac death. After were prospectively observed during (visits to clinic 3, 6, 12 months). end point - case ADHF was registered. Results. In one-year observation, endpoint recorded 38 (10 per cent). Single factor logistic regression analysis showed 5 factors greatest predictive potential (p<0.1), related occurrence investigated endpoint. These included: history arterial hypertension (AH) obesity, based on biplane Simpson’s method, 28% systolic blood pressure. Based results multi-factor analysis, model developed, which three highest levels statistical significance: presence AH, obesity 28%. efficiency 69.5% (sensitivity 78.9%; specificity 68.5%). Conclusion. research indicate that main predictor mortality due studied cohort HFrEF is AH associated best prognosis life.

AIMS We studied the characteristics and clinical outcome related to diuretic response and the effects of serelaxin in patients hospitalized for acute heart failure (AHF). METHODS AND RESULTS RELAX-AHF was a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, enrolling 1161 patients admitted to hospital for AHF who were randomized to 48 h i.v infusions of placebo or serelaxin (30 µg/kg per day) within 16 ...
